Each interview here is a 25 to 40 minute live conversation modelled on real candidate accounts from 2024 to 2026. The interviewer probes for milestone clarity, dependency mapping, named tradeoffs over hedged generalities, and specific cross-team escalations rather than abstract leadership theory.
