YC-style interviews, investor pitches, customer discovery practice for early-stage founders.
Founder interviews come in distinct flavours: the YC-style 10-minute partner interview that probes the team and the customer pull; the seed/Series A pitch with VCs that probes market thesis and traction; the customer discovery roleplay where you must learn from a buyer without leading them; and the co-founder conversation that probes alignment and conviction. The shared surface across all of them is conviction without overreach — and that is the muscle a written deck cannot train.
Each interview here is a 15 to 30 minute live conversation modelled on real founder accounts from YC and similar accelerators. The interviewer plays the partner, the investor, or the customer, and probes the same way the real round will: short questions, follow-ups on hand-wave answers, and pressure on the parts of your thesis you have not really stress-tested. The scorecard separates conviction-with-evidence from naked-conviction so you know whether the gap is judgement or articulation.
