Product Manager interviews vary across geography and seniority. Indian fintech and consumer tech rounds (Razorpay, Swiggy, Flipkart, CRED) typically include a recruiter screen, a case round centred on the company's actual products, a product sense round, a behavioural round, and a hiring manager conversation. US tech (Meta, Google, Stripe) leans heavier on product design and metrics. Senior PM and Group PM rounds often include a prioritisation case and a hiring panel.
Each interview here is a 15 to 30 minute live conversation modelled on real candidate reports from 2024 to 2026. The interviewer probes for structure under time pressure: clarification before solutioning, hypothesis trees over flat lists, quantified tradeoffs over hedged opinions.
